Structural Accuracy Before Cosmetics
We measure, correct, and verify the aluminum/unibody structure and suspension pick-up points before paint. Computerized measuring and dedicated fixtures confirm geometry is back to spec before panel, gap, and refinish work.
Aluminum & Mixed Materials—Done Right
Modern Land Rovers use bonded/riveted aluminum with UHSS and composites. We isolate aluminum work areas, use OEM-approved welders and rivet systems, restore factory seam sealing and corrosion protection, and follow strict replace-vs-repair limits to preserve crash performance.
Electronics, ADAS & Calibrations
We perform pre/post scans with JLR Pathfinder/SDD, handle software updates/programming as required, and calibrate ADAS systems (cameras, radar, park assist). We also verify Terrain Response, air suspension ride height, steering angle, and perform alignment to factory specs.
Paint That Matches Factory—Not “Close Enough”
Satin, metallic, and special effect finishes demand exact prep for aluminum/composites, correct primers/sealers, controlled bake cycles, and proper blend zones. Color match is checked under multiple light sources for an invisible result.
