Modern Jaguars use lightweight bonded aluminum with UHSS and composites. We isolate aluminum work areas, use OEM-approved welders and rivet systems, follow strict repair/replace limits, and restore factory seam sealing and corrosion protection to preserve crash performance.

Electronics, ADAS & Calibrations

We perform pre/post scans with JLR Pathfinder/SDD, handle software updates/programming as required, and calibrate ADAS (cameras, radar, park sensors). For I-PACE, we observe high-voltage safety, insulation checks, and module health. Alignment, steering-angle, and ride-height are verified to spec.

Paint That Matches Factory—Not “Close Enough”

From metallics to satin and special effect finishes, we use approved refinish systems, correct primers/sealers for aluminum/composites, controlled bake cycles, and proper blend zones. Color is verified under multiple light sources for an invisible match.
