Structural Accuracy Before Cosmetics

We measure, correct, and verify the aluminum space frame/unibody and mounting points before paint. Computerized measuring and dedicated fixtures confirm the chassis is back to spec prior to panel work.

Aluminum, Carbon Fiber & Composites—Done Right

Corvette bodies blend aluminum, SMC, CFRP, and UHSS. We use isolated aluminum work areas, OEM-approved welders and rivet-bonding tools, correct resin/adhesive systems, and exact corrosion protection/seam sealing to preserve strength and crash performance.

Electronics, ADAS & Calibrations

Modern Corvettes require precise diagnostics and calibrations: GM GDS2/MDI scanning, SPS programming as needed, and sensor/ADAS calibrations (cameras, radar, park assist). We also verify MagneRide/suspension settings and perform alignment to factory specs.

Paint That Matches Factory—Not “Close Enough”

We refinish with approved systems, controlled bake cycles, and correct primers/sealers for aluminum and composite panels. Tri-coats and Carbon Flash details are matched and blended for invisible transitions, checked under multiple light sources.
